- In der prüfarztverblindeten Studie von Stein Gold L, et al. wurde als sekundärer Endpunkt eine statistisch signifikante Veränderung beim mPASI-Wert (= prozentuale Veränderung von modifiziertem (ohne Kopf) Psoriasis-Bereich und Schweregradindex) gegenüber Vehikel ab Woche 1 und danach beobachtet; vgl.
